How to prepare prior appointment?

Please allow yourself 15 mins of time before your scheduled appointment, if you're a new client we will do a short consultation of styles and basic knowledge of your service. We will walk you through each step of the way so you feel secure every step of the process.

What is the parking situation? Should I drive or Uber?

Parking can be a little challenging after 5pm, however there are 2 garages on the same block of our salon. Otherwise there are residential parking and metered parking around.

Are you in an office building/plaza or street level?

La Boutique is located on the ground floor, with our entrance right next to the restaurant Bell Tower on Polk Street.

What forms of payments do you take?

We accept all major credit cards including Amex, Debit, and apps including Venmo and Apple Pay.

What is the cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment without penalty. No-shows or missed appointments without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service as the reservation fee. You may call, text, or email us to provide notice.


If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will ask you to reschedule, and the reservation fee will apply.

 

Please note: As a service-based establishment, we do not offer refunds. This policy applies to both pre- and post-service purchases.
