Salon Policies and FAQs 


Q: How to prepare prior appointment?
 

A: Please allow yourself 15 mins of time before your scheduled appointment, if you're a new client we will do a short consultation of styles and basic knowledge of your service. We will walk you through each step of the way so you feel secure every step of the process.

Q: What is the parking situation? Should I drive or Uber?
 

A: Parking can be a little challenging after 5pm, however there are 2 garages on the same block of our salon. Otherwise there are residential parking and metered parking around.

 

Q: Are you in an office building or upstairs?
 

A: La Boutique is located on ground floor, storefront right next to the restaurant Bell Tower on Polk Street.

Q: What forms of payments do you take?
 

A: We accept all major credit cards including Amex, Debit, and apps including Venmo and Apple Pay.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
 

A: We do ask you to give us at least 12 hours to cancel your appointment without penalty. A no show, no call will result in 50% of the service as the reservation fee. You can give us a call, text or email to let us know. If you are running more than 15 mins late for your appointment we will ask you to reschedule but will charge the reservation fee. 

**Please note, as a service based industry and establishment, we do not offer any refunds. This is applicable with pre and post services. **
